Always a vintage champagne, this cuvee comes from a single vineyard of 60 ares in Avize (Fosse aux Pourceaux). No heavy mechanical machines were used in vineyard maintenance, solely worked by man and horse. Vénus is the domain’s single vineyard emblem.

The encounter of our Grand Crus. A blend of 2 vintages from specifically chosen vineyard blocks in Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry, all planted with Chardonnay. Disgorged 2 months before the release date and dosage limited at 5 grams of sugar per liter.
Patrick Piuze Crémant Non Dosé Blanc
For those who don't like sugar, this is for you, containing just 3 grams or less per litre. Made from 100% chardonnay, this cuvée presents fruity and herbaceous aromas. The bubbles are fine, the palate is ample, long and very fresh.
