We offer both in store collection or delivery to your business or home address. Our shipping methods and prices are outlined below:

PICK UP in Store (Same Day) - FREE

Home Delivery 1-2 Business Days - $30 (Free on all orders over $100) 

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not warrant as to taste or drinkability of wines purchased as drinkability and taste are subjective judgements. All wines and products sold in store or online are non refundable after purchase for any reason. We do offer exchanges and replacement of certain items outlines below: 

Faulty Wines

If a bottle of wine is corked, oxidized or otherwise defective we will replace such bottle with another bottle of the same wine (or if not available, with another bottle of equivalent value), provided that the following criteria has been met:

(1) wine purchased from us has been properly stored and does not evidence signs of being exposed to heat (vital in Bermuda’s climate where exposure to heat can result in the rapid deterioration and spoilage of wine)

(2)  the wine is within the generally accepted drinking window

(3)  we have not advised you that we will be unable to provide a refund or replacement for reasons of age or provenance

We reserve the right to ask you to provide the bottle for inspection within a reasonable period.

 

Non Wine Products and Dry Goods

All non-wine products (Spirits, Beers, Dry Goods, Glassware etc.) are non refundable for any reason after purchase. We do offer exchanges on these products within 7 days of purchase for change of mind, so long as they are unused, unopened and not tampered with or damaged in any way. Any products not abiding by these stipulations and policy will be refused for exchange.
