Case of the Month
Patrick Piuze is one of the most talked-about figures in Chablis today — a Québécois-born winemaker who arrived in Burgundy in the late ‘90s and refined his winemaking skills working alongside top producers before launching his own négociant label in 2008. His wines are known for their precision, minerality, and clarity. We think his wines absolutely sing and to get a better understanding of his winemaking philosophy, we’ve picked six wines from the very healthy, warm and generous 2022 vintage for you to enjoy this month.

Magnum of the Month

Viña Alberdi comes from the iconic La Rioja Alta estate, renowned for crafting some of the most elegant and traditionally styled wines the region has to offer. The reserva spends two years aging in American oak barrels, followed by a further two years in bottle, resulting in a beautifully mature Tempranillo with seamlessly integrated oak, gentle tertiary complexity, and a smooth, silky mouthfeel.
