Always a vintage champagne, this cuvee comes from a single vineyard of 60 ares in Avize (Fosse aux Pourceaux). No heavy mechanical machines were used in vineyard maintenance, solely worked by man and horse. Vénus is the domain’s single vineyard emblem.

The encounter of our Grand Crus. A blend of 2 vintages from specifically chosen vineyard blocks in Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry, all planted with Chardonnay. Disgorged 2 months before the release date and dosage limited at 5 grams of sugar per liter.
Pierre Peters Extra Brut Cuvee NV Blanc de Blancs
The nose is flowery and evolves in the glass with hints of fresh bread and roasted almond. A first feeling of delicacy is dominated by white flowers and hazelnuts, then comes notes of fine citrus and toasted bread, with a long finish.
Pierre Peters Brut Cuvee de Reserve NV Blanc de Blancs
The nose is flowery, full of fresh flavors quickly evolving to notes of white peaches and citrus peel, as well as hints of toasted bread. First sip is both greedy and tense, dominated by whites fruits and dry citrus, with fine hints of grilled hazelnut.
Bollinger Rosé NV
This rose has bronze tones with the intense depth of red wine. The nose if full of red berries: hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry. On the palate, there is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish.
