One of the most award-winning Sauvignon Blancs in Chile, with distinctive notes such as smoke and sea salt. A unique style that is in part due to harvesting at night then leaving the grapes to cold soak on their skins for at least 5 days before being pressed.
On the nose intense notes of key lime, guayaba and sea salt dominate with just a hint of smoke. In the mouth, bright flavors of ginger, citrus zest and white pepper give way to a tight mineral backbone and fresh acidity.
