Lovingly crafted to a traditional Pulgiese recipe using freshly harvest organic artichoke hearts, plus bay leaves and pepper to enhance their natural flavour. Crunchy and deeply satisfying, these can be nibbled as an aperitif, combined into an offering of tapas, stirred through salads and pasta, or griddled and doused with lemon juice.

Artichokes, Sunflower Seed Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Wine Vinegar, Salt, Laurel, Pepper, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid.
